1.3 Bank Holiday Orders: Orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the next business day following the bank holiday.

3.1 Labpals Ltd offers free delivery for orders over £40.

 

3.2 To qualify for free delivery, the total order value, excluding any applicable taxes or fees, must be equal to or exceed £40.

 

3.3 Free shipping applies to our standard shipping option, and the delivery timeframe remains the same as stated in section 2.2.

 

3.4 Please note that the standard shipping policy and free shipping offer only apply to products that are currently in stock and purchased through our online store. For bulk orders or products that are not in stock, separate shipping arrangements and charges will be discussed with the customer.

 

4. Bulk Ordering and Lead Times

 

4.1 Labpals Ltd offers a bulk ordering service for high volumes of products.

 

4.2 For bulk orders that exceed our current stock availability, lead times may vary. We will confirm the lead time for your specific order based on order size and availability of the products.
